It is a legal requirement under The Control of Dogs Order 1992 for a dog to wear a collar and tag in a public place. A collar should fit comfortably, but make sure you can fit two fingers between the collar and neck (and remember to regularly check carefully under the collar for redness or hair loss that could be caused by an ill-fitting collar). Remember, young pets grow fast and their collars will need adjusting regularly and eventually replacing. WARNING: When using liquid flea treatments on your pet, please remove their collar as the chemical may react with the material and the buckle. For your pet's safety, examine the collar regularly for wear and tear and replace when appropriate, remembering also that pets can chew items unexpectedly, and if any material is ingested to seek immediate veterinary advice.

Delivery Times
As many items are made to order the estimated dispatch time varies between 1-10 working days of order being placed.
The nature of many of our products is handmade and not mass-produced so delivery times will vary depending on the item chosen. If we have stock we aim to despatch the next day by Royal Mail or courier. In the event that you place an order and a product is out of stock we will notify you of any delay
UK Delivery Charges
Not too much to say here other than all UK orders will be delivered for free!
International Delivery Charges
Delivery to countries outside the UK are charged at £9.00 converted to your local currency.
Sometimes items will incur customs and duty charges by your home country, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these if they wish to receive their items. Some items that are available in our store might be prohibited imports to your country and therefore will be caught by customs and destroyed, along with any other items you have ordered. It is your responsibility to check what items are restricted to import in to your country prior to order. No responsibility or compensation will be provided to items destroyed by customs due to being prohibited or where customs charges have not been paid by the customer.
Returns
What if I change my mind or the item is not as expected?
We really hope you will be happy with your items, but if not then we can either exchange your item for something else or offer you a refund if you let us know within 14 days of receiving your items. Once you have informed us you will then have 14 days to return the items at your own expense.
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange personalised items unless it somehow arrived to you damaged.

It is very rare for an item to arrive damaged or faulty but if there is a problem, please contact us
